Does anybody know of any websites that send free books and magazines by mail?

I love to read about any subject or topic but I am not able to purchase many books.

This website lets you search for books, magazines, movies, and cds. You give away yours and pay the shipping (less that $2 media mail) and get points.
You use your points to get things you want.

For me, this works out a lot cheaper than my used book store and has a better selection. The books also come to you instead of having to go to the library and return them in 2 weeks.

Actually, not free – but there are three things you might be interested in.

The Great Book Give away. – each week they give away 5 books – new titles completely at random. they are on the internet.

Second – go to publisher websites. They give away a lot of galleys in contests etc (where they give them to the first 500 people to e-mail.

Third – Zooba. It’s the new Book of the month club. All the books are $9.99 and most are hardback. you create the list that is sent to you, and if you want, you can purchase more books.
