How can I get free complete chess books and free chess maganzines in my postal address?

the complete free chess books focucing in the end game not chess problems and middle game tactics etc. I can recieve them in the net or postal service and the chess magazines some body do not read them any more because they get recent issues.

I doubt you could get anything for free, but if it’s endgames you want then I would recommend "Silman’s Endgame Course" by Jeremy Silman. It is an excellent book, especially made for begginer to master level players.
You can’t nobody will give you a free lunch you can get many
books cheap or second hand though if you know a good dealer.
Library of congress and google search.University of pittsburg has very chess database.
Go to uschess.org; they publish their magazine, Chess Life, online for free.
